Recently, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs issued a reminder that June 30, 2022, is the deadline for registration in its Contractor Portal if your company meets the requirements for registration. The purpose of registration (and annual certifications) is so the OFCCP has a tool to monitor compliance with affirmative action programs. Currently, supply and service contractors that meet certain thresholds (based on number of employees and dollar value of federal contracts) are required to register.  Contractors that are only construction contractors and not also supply and service contractors are not required to certify compliance and should not register for the portal.  Here is a link to FAQs to assist your understanding of the OFCCP: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/faqs/contractorportal?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery
