Our services and counsel include preparation and review of the hospital, as well as medical staff bylaws for adherence to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations; including, among others, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Anti-Fraud statutes, and Anti-Kickback statutes.
