Cole Lothorp is a native of Tupelo, Mississippi. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Mississippi State University in 2022. Cole went on to attend Mississippi College School of Law, where he served in numerous roles as President of the Student Body, Vice President of the Student Body, President of the Business Law Society, a Dean’s Ambassador, and a Pupil in the American Inns of Court. He is also the recipient of the Frank M. Demarus Scholarship (2024), the Mississippi Bar Litigation Section Award (2025), the Mississippi College School of Law Dean’s Student Bar Association Award (2025), Student Organization President of the Year Award (2025), and the Student Bar Association Commitment to Excellence Award (2025). Cole also served as a legal intern with the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office, clerked for Justice Kitchens of the Mississippi Supreme Court, and worked as an intern with the firm prior to joining its practice in the fall of 2025.
